Together, we'll explore the impact stress is having on your body and mind, why so many women struggle to truly switch off, and how learning to rest deeply can help you move through life feeling stronger, calmer, more resilient and with a renewed sense of energy.

You're tired. But not the kind of tired that a good night's sleep will fix.

There's an underlying exhaustion that just won't shift. You're tired of putting yourself last. Tired of saying yes when you mean no. Tired of the to-do list whirring through your head even when you're trying to switch off. Tired of always feeling on.

You're exhausted, but when your head finally hits the pillow, your mind keeps going. Or you fall asleep straight away and then wake up at 3am with your mind whirring and thinking about all the things you need to do.

Even when you have the chance to rest, it doesn't always feel restorative. Your mind doesn't stop.

This is beginning to take a toll on your body, your mind, and the way you're handling things. You're not really being honest with the people closest to you about how you're feeling. The resentment is quietly building and that doesn't feel like you. There is an anger simmering beneath the surface.

You know you're running on empty, and that something has to change. You're just not sure how to change it without disrupting everything for everyone around you. Because who holds it all together if you don't?

Unfortunately, life doesn't stop asking things of us. Relationships change. Parents age. Children leave home. Health challenges arise. Unexpected things happen to us personally and in the world at large.

And the more depleted we are, the harder it becomes to meet those moments with clarity, calm and resilience — without feeling like everything is falling to pieces.

Two women. The same storm. One gets swept away. One holds firm.

The difference isn't that one is stronger. It's that one has the inner resources to weather it.

This morning is about learning how to build those resources. And learning how not to fall apart when life gets tough.

This evening is for you if:

  • You're exhausted from being the one everyone relies on

  • You struggle to switch off, even when you finally have time to yourself

  • You wait for holidays or weekends away to finally "rest"

  • You're noticing the impact of stress on your body, your mood, your sleep or your relationships

  • You often put your own needs at the bottom of the list

  • You're tired of holding it all together and wondering when someone will actually look after you

  • You're navigating one of life's big transitions — menopause, separation, an empty nest, ageing parents, changing relationships, retirement, or simply a growing sense that something needs to shift

  • You know something needs to change, but you're not sure where to begin

  • You don't need to have reached breaking point. You simply need to know that the way you've been carrying everything isn't sustainable and be ready to explore a different way.

What is The Pause to Unpause Experience?

It's four hours on a Sunday that gives you something you probably haven't given yourself in a very long time — permission to slow down and truly understand what real rest feels like.

It's a single, cocooning experience where you get to stop. To be nourished. To be heard. To understand what's actually happening in your body when you can't switch off, and how to break some of the patterns that keep you stuck in stress and always on the go, so you can truly rest, restore your energy and feel better equipped to meet whatever life brings.

You'll be in a room with no more than eleven other women who understand exactly where you are. You won't need to explain yourself. You won't need to perform. You just need to show up.

The goal isn't to escape your life. It's to learn how to move through it with more calm, more awareness and more capacity than you have right now.

A Note Before You Book

This workshop is designed for women who are ready to pause, reflect and grow. It is not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health support. If you are currently experiencing acute trauma or are in crisis, we gently encourage you to seek support from a registered therapist or mental health professional.

If You're Exhausted From Holding Everything Together & Know Something Needs to Change, This Workshop is for You

You'll leave the morning:

  • Feeling like someone finally gets it, without you having to explain yourself

  • Feeling lighter, even though nothing on your list has changed

  • Understanding why switching off feels so difficult

  • Knowing what true rest and regulation really feel like

  • Equipped with simple, practical tools to pause and rest that fit into real life — things that feel like a daily practice rather than another thing for your to-do list

  • With a completely new understanding of what real strength looks like — the kind that's grounded and steady, not white-knuckled and pushed through

  • Feeling more able to stay calm when life gets challenging, responding with clarity rather than overwhelm
