Feeling constantly wired, exhausted or overwhelmed - and not sure how to reset?

If you’re often feeling this way, it’s often a reflection of how your nervous system is responding to stress.

This workshop will help you understand what’s happening in your body when you feel stressed or overwhelmed and, more importantly, what to do about it.

This is a practical, guided workshop where you’ll not only learn about your nervous system but experience simple techniques to help calm and regulate it.

In this workshop you will:

Recognise your own stress patterns - and how they show up in your nervous system

Understand how this feels in your body - wired, overwhelmed, shut down or exhausted

Learn how to work with your body instead of pushing through

Begin to shift the patterns that keep you stuck in stress and overwhelm

This is a hands-on, guided experience

You won’t just be listening - you’ll be guided through simple, body-based practices so you can feel the shift for yourself. You’ll experience

Breath and body-based techniques to calm your system in real time

Gentle movement and grounding practices

Deep rest positions to support recovery and reset

Simple tools you can use at home when stress builds

You’ll walk away with:

A clear understanding of your own stress patterns and how they affect you

Practical tools you can use in everyday life

Greater calm, clarity and emotional steadiness

For those wanting to go further, Tracy will also be running a 3-hour workshop in Double Bay, Sydney the following day.  This is a chance to build on what you’ve learned in this evening about stress and nervous system regulation, with more time to apply it in a practical way.  You’ll also take home powerful yet simple techniques you can use to help calm and regulate your nervous system when stress builds.
