"You need to be able to make decisions today for the life you want in the future."

Join us for an evening screening of The (M) Factor 2: Before the Pause - a groundbreaking documentary shining a light on perimenopause. Until recently rarely spoken about, perimenopause can begin up to 10 years before menopause and last anywhere from 4 to 10 years. This film explores its many symptoms and the emotional, physical, mental and financial toll on women - symptoms too long dismissed by the medical profession. Thanks to films like this and a trailblazing group of doctors, awareness is growing.

Rebecca Kaye will host the evening and lead the panel discussion with special guests Shelly Horton, Jaime Chambers and Dr Nadya Chami - followed by an open audience Q&A.
