The What If Society,
Moss Vale, NSW 4577
Gut health is the foundation of so much more than digestion - and it matters at every age.
This evening is for women who want to feel better in their bodies now and support their future health - whether you’re in perimenopause, approaching it and want to be prepared, or you’re post-menopausal and noticing your body’s needs have shifted. One of the most powerful (and underrated) ways to support gut health through these changes is by understanding fibre - what it actually does, the different types, and why many women benefit from increasing it in midlife - alongside the simple magic of fermented and pickled foods.
Join Aio Wellness for a fun, practical and inspiring evening in collaboration with nutritionist Emma Ellice Flint and chef Eilish Maloney, founder of The What If Society in Moss Vale.
Meet our experts
Nutritionist
Emma is a leading nutritionist specialising in women’s health and midlife nutrition. She has worked closely with Dr Louise Newson in the UK, both in her clinics and on the Balance Menopause app, helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause with practical, evidence-based guidance.
Emma focuses on how our nutritional needs shift with hormonal changes, from declining estrogen levels to supporting gut health and fibre intake, and empowers women with clear, actionable strategies to feel their best at every stage of life.
Chef & Founder, The What If Society
Eilish is an extraordinary chef whose food is as nourishing as it is delicious. Eilish worked with Australian chef Brett Graham at the Michelin-starred The Ledbury in London, she also held the position of Head Chef at Saint Peter with Josh Niland, and began her career at Nomad.
Returning to her hometown of Moss Vale, Eilish has created a vibrant food hub with The Studio restaurant and The Exchange, offering seasonal, sustainable, gut-friendly cuisine, house-made pickles and ferments, fresh-baked bread, and take-home meals. Her philosophy, which emphasises seasonal, sustainable, and health-focused cooking, perfectly complements the evening’s focus on gut health.
