Held on the eve of International Women’s Day, The Reboot is a live, uplifting panel event celebrating women who have reinvented themselves in midlife and beyond - and sharing the real, human side of doing something new: the pivots, the challenges, the surprises, and the joy and possibility that can open up when you take that first step.
This is an afternoon designed to leave you feeling inspired, energised and connected - and reminded that it’s never too late to begin again.

Mary Coustas – Actress, Author & Co-Founder of UnPause
Mary Coustas is an iconic Australian actress, writer and performer known for her fearless humour and cultural impact. In her latest chapter, she has pivoted into women’s health as the founder of UnPause, a telehealth clinic supporting women through perimenopause and menopause - inspired by her own experience and a desire to make expert care more accessible. Mary’s latest book Marypause has also just been released.
Courtney Blood – Founder, Monday Project Co
Courtney Blood is the founder of Monday Project Co, a personal styling business helping women feel confident, visible and empowered at every age. After a long corporate career, Courtney reinvented herself in midlife - turning her passion for style and self-expression into a purposeful second act.
Ren Fernando – Co-Founder, ReLove
Ren Fernando is an architect turned social entrepreneur and co-founder of ReLove, a charity tackling two crises at once: waste and housing insecurity. ReLove rescues high-quality furniture from landfill and furnishes safe, dignified homes for women and families rebuilding after domestic violence, homelessness or other major life upheaval.
Leeanne Reeves – Founder, Never Too Late Tough Chicks
Leeanne Reeves is the founder of Never Too Late Tough Chicks and a passionate advocate for redefining what midlife and ageing can look like. After reinventing herself in midlife - losing 58kg naturally and regaining her health - she became a midlife model and now inspires women to feel strong, visible and proud at every age.
Ros Antico – Founder, Petal Element
Ros Antico is the founder of Petal Element, a thriving freelance floristry business she built after retraining later in life. After years as a stay-at-home mum, Ros completed her floristry qualification just three years ago and has grown her business quickly through creativity, courage and determination - proving it’s never too late to begin again.

We’ll be running a raffle with amazing prizes, and we’re proud to be donating 100% of proceeds to ReLove, supporting women and families rebuilding their lives after crisis.
